Plain-language privacy

What we collect

If you join the waitlist: the email address and company URL you give us. That's it, and we use them for exactly one thing — contacting you about early access.

If you use the app: your name and email from Google sign-in (we support Google login only — we never see your password); the lists and account research we build for you; the review decisions, notes, and activity you record; and the answers you give to research questions.

Research data: the accounts on your list are researched from public sources — company sites, press, filings, job postings — and every claim carries the URL it came from.

What we don't do

No analytics trackers or ad pixels on this site. No selling or sharing your data with data brokers. No scraping of logged-in platforms — LinkedIn links on contacts open LinkedIn's own search in your browser; we never automate anyone's LinkedIn account. Cold outreach is sent by you, from your own mailbox — we never send in your name.

Where things run

Hosting on a server in Germany (Hetzner). DNS via Cloudflare. Product notification email (and nothing else) via Resend. Account research uses Anthropic's Claude API; your company URL and public information about target accounts are processed there to produce your list. Session state is a signed cookie; we don't use third-party cookies.

Your data, your exit

Ask and you'll get a full export of your lists, contacts, notes and activity — the same promise as cancellation: the research was done for you, and it leaves with you. To export, correct, or delete your data, email hello@earnedlist.com.

If we change this policy, the change and its date will be visible on this page — not buried in an email footer.
